Our Land Development Process
Civil Engineering
Step 1. Feasibility Studies
We talk with the client and liaise with the appointed planner, architect, and urban designer to understand the project scope.
Step 2. Consenting Process
We prepare a civil design package for resource consent, and engineering plan approval, with any additional reporting required, and act on behalf of our client to ensure the Council's Approval.
Step 3. Tender and Construction
We help our client to prepare schedule and put out tenders to contractors for the works, and oversee the overall construction of the site.
Step 4. Compliance
Upon the completion of the earthwork construction, we prepare (civil related), source (planning and surveying realted) and lodge the legal documenttation required for the issue of new titles.
